Game Recap: U14s Open MSPL with Win

The Rosevelt Soccer Club U14s opened the 2016 Maine State Premier League season yesterday afternoon with a 4-0 win over Dirigo at Hannaford Field in Gorham.

Owen Flibbert ('20) scored an unassisted goal in the sixth minute, and Aidan Terravecchia ('19) converted a Samuel Orlando ('20) pass in the 15th minute to give the Bull Moose a 2-0 halftime lead. Devin Cyr ('20) finished an end-to-end run about fifteen minutes into the second half to stretch the lead to 3-0, and Colby Christakis ('20) slotted home a Vireak Tray ('20) pass in the 56th minute to close out the scoring.

Oliver Jacques ('20) made five saves to preserve the shutout.
