The Rosevelt Soccer Club U18s (1-1) fell to DSA United SC (2-0) yesterday in a Maine State Premier League game in Northport.
DSA United cracked an even game in the 39th minute to head into halftime with a 1-0 lead, then took advantage of two Rosevelt fouls by converting a penalty kick in the 54th minute and adding a free kick goal six minutes later. The Bull Moose attempted to stage a comeback late when Michael Sanzari ('17) scored on a Varney Kai ('16) assist in the 73rd minute, but were unable to take advantage of a couple breakaways late in the game.
Rowan Daligan ('18) had seven saves in the loss.
